Session 1 (10/16): “Calm and Collected: Stress Relief Techniques for Expats”
We will review relaxation techniques that can be applied when feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious. Techniques that will be reviewed are breathing exercises, mindfulness, and portable self-care that you can utilize when you are in social situations.

Session 2 (10/23): “Managing Emotions: Tools for Coping with Depression and Grief”
We will review techniques that you can use when you are feeling down, grieving, or experiencing depression. Techniques that will be reviewed are behavioral activation, routine building, and ways to talk through distressing feelings.

Session 3 (10/30): “Building Connections: Expanding Your Social Network in Korea”
We will review building your social network while living in Korea by discussing online platforms for meeting friends, community centers, and ways to stay connected with loved ones back home.
