As a psychoanalytic psychotherapist I offer both long and short psychotherapy and counselling to adults and couples. Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy enables people to develop a better understanding of their inner self, which, in turn enables them to have a better insight into their own feelings/thoughts/behaviours and these of others. The ultimate aim is to feel more content with various aspects of themselves and their lives as well as reach their full potential in their personal and professional lives. Our work together aims to reach beyond the initial symptoms which may have initiated the desire for therapy, to the underlying causes which reside in deeper layers of our psychic world. It is usually seen as a journey towards self-discovery and introspection that involves patient and therapist working together. Working in this way we aim to create lasting change internally and for my clients to start feeling more in control of their lives both in connection to themselves and others. I provide individual sessions, couple counseling/psychotherapy in English and Greek.

I am a physically active adventure seeker and a keen reader. I love travelling and exploring new places, studying philosophy, astronomy and learning about people and different cultures. I feel really humbled and really grateful to have the opportunities that I’ve had over the past couple of years to get to know both on a personal and professional level some amazing people.

He who has overcome his fears will truly be free.
