I desire to create a space where you can be authentic and assured that your life obstacles or even vulnerability will be engaged with the utmost respect. I believe that a nonjudgmental, caring space of our own can be an amazing catalyst for growth. As a counselor, I enjoy empowering my clients and helping them build on their strengths so that they can overcome personal challenges. My goal is for you to experience the freedom that comes through counseling and processing life circumstances together. We all have unique stories, and I would be honored to hear yours, should you choose to share it with me.

My approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on solving current problems and modifying unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns. However, I am flexible with my therapy approach and adapt different ones based on the needs of my client so that I can effectively assist them in reaching their counseling goals. I am committed to helping my clients improve their mental health and find peace in their life.

I have a wealth of experiences working with adolescents in life transition, school adjustments, self-harm behaviors, anger issues, peer relationships, family problems. Also, I have experiences with adults to assist adjustment, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and stress management.
