My areas of specialty are addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions. I offer individual therapy, and my treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness therapy.
