Various reasons encourage people to seek therapy. My aim, as I meet each individual or family, is to connect with them where they are and to let them know that they are seen and heard. I strive in creating an environment that allows people to be and express themselves to help this therapeutic experience be a valuable experience.

Some of the main approaches that I use are Bowenian family systems theory, Emotion Focused therapy, and Narrative therapy. I also use play therapy with children.
