Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you stuck and stressed. But there is hope, and I’m here to offer you a safe space to navigate your personal struggles, overcome life’s challenges, and develop self-compassion and emotional regulation skills. As a Canadian Certified Counsellor with expertise in OCD & Anxiety-related disorders, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Stress and Anger Management, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Cultural Adjustment, I have the tools and knowledge to support you.

Many of my clients have found that our collaboration empowered them to confront difficult emotions and gain a deeper understanding of their minds, emotions, and bodies. It’s common to carry the weight of past wounds and traumatic memories, which can make us feel inadequate, disconnected, and out of place in the present moment and our relationships.

I want to invite you to join me on this beautiful journey of healing and self-growth. Through self-love, compassion, and a profound understanding of our past, we can find the inner strength to heal our wounds and reclaim our lives. I would consider it a privilege to work with you, offering hope, support, and positive solutions along the way. Let’s take this step together toward a brighter future.

The place where I am living has a long and very cold winter and a short but awesome summer. Despite temperatures dropping to as low as -30 degrees, I am a nature explorer who loves spending time outdoors because nature is one of my best friends!

The essence of trauma is a disconnect from the self. Therefore, the essence of healing is not just uncovering one’s past but reconnecting with oneself in the present.
