My approach is informed by psychodynamic and depth-oriented perspectives, including attachment theories and Jungian psychology. I aim to create a space where clients can safely sit with difficult emotions without rushing to fix or suppress them. Through this process, clients can develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and a more integrated sense of self.
Therapy is not about becoming symptom-free, but about becoming more whole and better equipped to live with clarity, compassion, and freedom.
My body, but geographically I grew up in Malaysia, Western Australia, Northeast and West Coast of US, and Korea.
I believe creative expression is an inevitable part of discovering who you are—whether that shows up through art, writing, movement, or trying something completely new. I see creativity not as a talent, but as a natural process of self-exploration—or maybe that’s just my way of justifying how often I dive into new hobbies and happily fumble my way through them.
