I am a licensed clinical psychologist, bringing over 8 years of dedicated experience to my work with youth, young adults, and families. I take a patient and family-centered approach to my clinical care, emphasizing the importance of understanding individuals within the context of their unique environments and cultures.

While the foundation of my clinical practice is cognitive-behavioral therapy, I employ an eclectic methodology that integrates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and biofeedback. This personalized approach allows me to tailor my interventions to the specific needs of each individual/family, ensuring a comprehensive and effective treatment plan.

At the outset of each therapeutic relationship, I collaborate with patients to explore and establish their goals for care, utilizing these objectives as a guide throughout the treatment process. My extensive experience extends to addressing a wide spectrum of adjustment concerns related to life stressors. Furthermore, I specialize in medical psychology, focusing on youth, their families, and young adults dealing with issues such as sleep problems, chronic pain/somatic symptoms, adjustment to illness, and treatment adherence.

I am dedicated to meeting you and your family where you are, facilitating the creation of tangible steps that will lead you to your desired destination.
