Within the therapy room my aim is to provide a safe and judgement free space where we can explore life’s challenges together, reflecting and problem solving as we go.

I am individualized and person centered in my approach. Every client and every situation is different and there is no “one size fits all” approach to life or to working towards positive mental wellbeing. I believe that therapy is a joint venture whereby we work together to better understand the presenting problems and underlying difficulties in the context of life experiences, developmental history and current circumstances.

I have a wealth of experience working with adjustment, whether that be adjusting to changes of life circumstance, health changes or diagnosis, dealing with uncertainty or grieving for a variety of losses.

I use an integrated therapeutic approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses.
