I am passionate about my work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, grief, and are struggling with behavioral issues. I am well-versed in Play Therapy, Sandtray, and more. Play is the natural language of change for children who have difficulty articulating their needs.

I believe that each person’s journey is unique which is why tailor my work to the particular needs of each person. A trusting relationship is key to evaluating our needs and using our strength for overcoming life-limiting challenges.

My down-to-earth approach and humor have been vital in the success of my clients. It can be time to make the changes you want. I enjoy helping people learn new coping skills, stress management, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques. With respect and ease, I will join you on your path to a healthier life.
