I believe in a client-centered approach that creates a caring and nonjudgmental space for people to heal, grow, and change in their own way, at their own pace – working together to create a healthier life. I am committed to individualizing each client’s therapeutic experience, recognizing the courage that it takes to ask for help, and providing an empathetic and comfortable environment.

Using client-centered and strengths-based approaches, I like to build a strong relationship with each client in order to address their individual needs and meet them where they are. I am passionate about helping clients gain the tools and resources they need to grow and thrive while building a therapeutic relationship through collaboration and trust.

Embrace uncertainty. Some of the most beautiful chapters in our lives won’t have a title until much later.
