I believe the therapeutic alliance between a client and clinician can be a place for peace, healing, and processing the unpredictable world that we live in. My approach to therapy is founded in Client Centered Therapy meaning I believe the therapeutic relationship is key.

Our therapeutic alliance created during counseling is meant to honor the diversity and unique needs of my clients, therapy is tailored to your individual or familial needs. I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Child Centered Play Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, and Expressive Art Therapy techniques which I integrate to help you meet your goals.
