If you are coming by car or taxi, please be aware that due to the ongoing demolition work of the Seosomun Overpass, traffic congestion is expected in the area. We kindly ask you to allow extra travel time.
Details & Directions
Chungjeongno Station is on subway Line 2 (Green) and Line 5 (Purple). Exit 4 is the closest exit to the Brownstone Seoul building.
- If you are coming from Line 2 (Green), it’s about a 5-minute walk (approx. 500 meters).
- If you are coming from Line 5 (Purple), please note it takes around 10 minutes on foot after exiting the subway.
The officetel entrance is located at the back of the building, toward Seosomun History Park.
When you enter the building, press “3406 + Call button” on the keypad at the lobby. Once the door is open, please take the elevator and come up to the 34th floor.
- Please note that the parking entrance is not on the main road, but on the side facing Seosomun History Park.
- B1 level parking is available for our clients.
- There are two entrances from the B1 parking level into the building, but please use only the Officetel (오피스텔) Entrance.
- Press “3406 + Call button” on the keypad. Once the door is open, please take the elevator and come up to the 34th floor, and proceed to Suite 3406.

You can take bus numbers 370, 603, 7011, 7013A, 7013B, 7017, or 6015. The stop is right in front of the building. Please use the officetel entrance located at the back of the building, toward Seosomun History Park.
