Pyeongtaek Office

We kindly request that you park your vehicle in our underground parking garage for your convenience.

Enter the main gate of the Brownstone Apartment complex near building #110 (avoid the North gate). Inform the security guard that you’re visiting Suite 702 of Building 110 for access.

*** Please enter the Brownstone Apartment complex through the “South Gate”, located near Building #110. Avoid using the North Gate, as it does NOT provide access to Building #110. ***

Turn left upon entering the parking lot and look for signage indicating Building 110, near the GS 25 convenience store. Park and proceed to Building 110. There are two entrances; please use the one labeled 110 – 1,2 on the left side for direct access to Suite 702 on the 7th floor.

To enter the elevator bank, press ‘702’ and the bell symbol, and our staff will assist you promptly.

If you are arriving at the Pyeongtaek Station, exit the station at Exit #2, where you can find a taxi line. 

Ask the taxi driver to take you to the Pyeongtaek Brownstone Humphreys apartment. 

Please enter the main gate (South Gate) and you can find the building #110 on your left.

The office is on the 7th floor, suite #702.

By train
Stop at Pyeongtaek Station, exit the station at Exit #1, walk to the bus stop named , Pyeongtaek stn. AK Plaza’ (평택역.AK Plaza-15708). Take the #1220 bus to Chowon Villa’ (초원빌라-15450).

Walk toward the apartment complex for 570 yd (530m) and find Building #110.

By Bus
From ‘Paengseong City Library, Paengseong International Community Center’ (시립팽성도서관, 팽성국제교류센터-15455), please go to the Anjeong intersection and cross the street towards LG shop. Please walk down the street until the ‘Galbi restaurant’ is on your right. Please turn right and walk along the street until you can see ‘Brown Stone’ gate. Please enter the main gate and you can find the building #110 on your left.

The office is on the 7th floor, suite #702.
