Client Services Coordinator

“I’m a Client Services Coordinator and this is why I love my job.”

Yes, this is a job posting. However, as you can see it's not your typical job post because my job isn't typical. It fits me perfectly, but it may not be for everyone. I thought I would take a moment and write about why I love my job and see who else might love it too.

As a Client Services Coordinator, I have the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life, creating a space where they feel heard. On a daily basis, I match individuals to one of the many amazing counselors in our organization who can best meet their needs. Having a comprehensive knowledge about our incredibly diverse team of therapists, I aim to set up our clients and counselors for a successful partnership. This process marks only the beginning of my role as coordinator, as I help ensure a smooth journey for every client from the start to the end of their time with us.

A unique, and natural quality of my role is that of “bridging”. With the initial intake process, I act as a bridge between client and therapist, facilitating a well-informed and easy start to therapy. I also bridge the clinical and administrative teams in our company as my role depends on fluid teamwork and communication between these critical teams. My bridge also extends outside the office as I link our organization to the greater communities that we serve here in South Korea.

My position allows me to engage directly with the diverse, international population we serve. From memorable functions to meetings with specific communities, I am able to strengthen our existing relationships with different referral sources, and cultivate new connections within the community that is ever-evolving. The nature of my work is very dynamic, and each day never quite looks the same.

My role is continuously shaped by who I am and what I can bring to the position. I am able to engage in the work I do in different ways, and see how individually and together, we can address an unmet need. I love that I can continually build meaningful relationships and find fulfillment in connecting with individuals, however short or long our interactions may be.

As I transition into the next chapter, this position is becoming available within our organization. If this sparks something in you, we encourage you to get to know more about us through the rest of our website and consider applying at with your CV and cover letter. We look forward to hearing from you!

Some requirements include:

  • F visa status or Korean national citizen
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and Korean
  • Interest in the field of mental health

Client Services Team Member

“We are looking for new additions to our team!”

I’m part of the Client Services team and this is why I love my job. As part of the client services team, I have the opportunity to support and interact with individuals from all over the world on their unique journeys. My primary role is to create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with our clients, and by preparing the office and the administrative components to ensure that each client is well cared for.

I love that despite our varying roles within the organization, I am able to work with a team of therapists, coordinators, and other administrative staff, unified in our desire to care for every person who walks through our doors.

I appreciate that my individuality is valued and my strengths are recognized. I have the freedom to carry out my responsibilities, growing within and through them. This makes us an even stronger team, as we collaborate to develop more effective solutions and strategies. I can say with confidence that we work together to support one another as much as we support our clients. I feel so connected, and this in turn affects how we connect with our clients.
