From the board room to the living room, people are talking about the changing world. In an environment of globalization and technological connectivity we all find the landscape of our lives shifting, from work through more personal domains.

Change is the new norm. Within such an environment, the most successful organizations and individuals are those who flex, adapt and modify to meet continually evolving needs - not just the needs of those who depend on them, but also their own needs.

Adaptable Human Solutions has evolved out of the founder's personal and professional background, a market need, and an intense passion for work-life balance.

As the President and Primary Coach, Noreen Jaden brings a professional background and solid educational credentials to the table. Having practiced as a licensed psychologist in Canada, Noreen knows the importance of professional credentialing and experience. Thus, when transitioning her practice into coaching, she recognized the value in adding to her professional memberships and education. Noreen is a member of the International Coach Federation and has invested in coach-specific training to broaden her scope of knowledge and experience.

Noreen also knows, from a personal perspective, the value that a coaching relationship can add. Employing her own coach, Noreen experiences first-hand the increased clarity and rapid progress that can occur in such a collaborative partnership.

As a professional, the ideas of wellness and life balance have been of particular interest to Noreen for a long time. As an individual, Noreen has moved "outside of the box" and now enjoys the experiences that come with daily living and traveling overseas in the life of an expat. AHS brings together Noreen's academic interests, life experience and professional work and allows her to support clients in getting the most out of their own life experience.
